Let me take you to The Riding Guns Café. Their outdoor setting is where it’s all at. Umbrellas, home-made cake and a cup of Affogato are all what make this place one of my favourites.

This place is a tiny quaint café in the middle of the bustling Preet Vihar in Delhi. it has a small indoor seating arrangement and a bigger outside arrangement which makes it suitable for winters.

Their famous dishes include Chicken Shawarma, Creamy Chicken Lollipop and the wide variety of Momos they serve (my personal recommendation for momos lovers across Delhi NCR).

When Chef Beco Met Baker Yash

Today, our very own ‘Chef Beco met ‘Baker Yash‘ to take a dive in his secret baking hacks. So here we have got some baking tips for all our readers.

1. When using any form of yeast, you should use luke warm water to activate the fermentation.
2. Its always better to seive your powder sugar before use.
3. When you mix up dry ingredients such as flour and coco powder with a whisk or hand beater, first mix it with a spatula so that it doesn’t fly out.
4. To substitute egg, you can use milk, baking soda, baking powder, flax egg, condensed milk depending on your products and need.
